It might be the start of the new year, but the nights will still be dark and the weather cold. This retreat doesn’t succumb to the “new year, new me” hype- and neither should you!
Instead, this retreat creates a space that requires you to slow down, to soften and to breathe. Because tending to your needs is medicine for your nervous system.
The 90-minute yin yoga class will help you gently open and release any tension you might be storing in the body whilst letting go of any stress you might be holding in your mind. This calm and meditative practice helps to restore equilibrium to the nervous system- just what you need after the hectic holiday season.
Yin Yoga is your moment to breathe, to switch off and just be. After 90 minutes of this you’ll be ready to slip away into a dreamy sound bath. My crystalline singing bowls will guide you into effortless rest where you will discover peace and harmony as your mind and body are being brought back into a balanced state that supports your overall wellbeing.
You’ll float home feeling lighter, more calm and nourished from the inside out
What to expect?
10:00-10:05am Welcome & introduction
10:05-11:35am Yin yoga class
11:35-12:10pm Sound healing journey
12:10-12:30pm Tea and cake.
Please bring with you a blanket and a couple of pillows/cushions to support you during our time together. If you would like to bring an eye mask or anything else to make you feel more at home and comfortable then please do.
