Fill Up Your Cup is your Sunday escape, your chance to shut out the rest of the world and make yourself a priority because your needs are just as important as everybody else’s. After all, you can’t pour from an empty cup and with the summer holiday’s around the corner this is your chance to step out of survival mode and recharge your batteries.

This retreat is for you if…

Throughout our time together, you’ll experience…

  • Yin yoga that will encourage you to soften, slow down and let go, an embodied way to embrace stillness.

  • Deeply immersive crystal sound healing journey where the mind can soften its grip and the body tuned into a state of balance and harmony.

  • Homemade cake and tea

Every element of this retreat is designed to help you feel safe, held and deeply nourished from the inside out. You’ll float home feeling lighter, well cared for and with a deep sense of worthiness, because you deserve to offer yourself patience, kindness and compassion. There is no experience necessary, you are welcome exactly as you are.

Please bring with you a blanket and a couple of pillows/cushions (or a bolster if you have one) to support you during our time together. If you would like to bring an eye mask or anything else to make you feel more at home and comfortable then please do.
