Private yoga and sound healing sessions at “The Mindful Sanctuary” is the ultimate way to nurture your nervous system, tend to your heart and come home to yourself through yoga and sound healing.

My one to one sessions offer a highly tailored experience giving you the personalized attention that you need and deserve.


Why book a one to one?

  • As a newbie, you might be nervous or unsure about what to expect from a yoga class. Perhaps you feel self conscious about moving your body in a new way in front of a group of strangers. In a private session, you have the opportunity to openly discuss your needs, ask questions, clarify movement ques and go at your own pace.

  • For those who are more experienced at yoga, as opposed to a group class, a private session gives you my complete undivided attention. Having your practice assessed ensures alignment that prevents injury and corrects habits that might not be serving you in your practice, deepens your practice in areas you are interested in – such as mediation or breathwork - and furthers your experience.

  • Maybe you have experienced trauma and you want to begin to access and find safety in your body. Private trauma informed yoga sessions give you the space to reclaim yourself by building your window of tolerance, strengthening your coping skills and feel empowered in your choices and grounded in your worth. You don't have to share any details, just know that I support you and thank you for trusting me.

  • Perhaps you want to experience a private sound healing session to maximise the therapeutic benefits. The private, supportive atmosphere allows for a more comfortable release of suppressed emotions, energetic blocks and promotes profound healing.


A one to one is designed specifically to meet your individual needs and focus on your goals. Whether that's building strength and flexibility in the body, cultivating self care rituals, building self compassion or learning to tend to the mind through mindfulness and relaxation techniques.


Introductory Offer (until 2027)

Private 1:1 yoga classes cost £35 an hour or £50 for two people.

Private 1:1 sound healing sessions cost £45 an hour or £60 for two people.


Please know, that as your teacher and space holder I will always show up with my full attention, focus, and energy to hold a space that supports your body, mind and spirit. Working with me means you will be well cared for and your growth, healing and transformation nurtured with kindness and compassion one breath at a time.

I’m Trauma Informed

I am very aware that people come to yoga for so many different reasons and like myself, carry their past in their nervous systems. This is why I became trauma informed certified so I know how to hold a safe and supportive space.

I’m Gentle and Nurturing

If you’re looking for a drill sergeant who will push you toward perfection I am not for you! However, if you are looking for a calm, feminine energy to hold you lovingly, guide you home to your heart whilst empowering you to shine your light then I’m your person

Years of Experience

I myself have had an (mostly) daily yoga practice for the last twelve years. I have 500 hours of yoga teacher training as well as teaching three classes a week for the last three years.
